Terms & Conditions: Live DJ Event Ticket Purchase

Thank you for purchasing tickets for our upcoming live DJ event! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you (the "Ticket Holder") and EVENTSCAPE ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your ticket purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase & Non-Refundable PolicyBy purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason, including but not limited to: schedule conflicts, illness, travel changes, weather, or dissatisfaction with the DJ or performance.

2. Event AdmissionA valid ticket with a matching photo ID is required for entry to the Event.We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot present a valid ticket and ID or who violates these Terms.Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

3. Event Information & ChangesWe will endeavor to provide accurate information about the Event, including the DJ, date, time, and venue. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the Event lineup, date, time, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.In the event of a significant change to the Event (e.g., DJ cancellation), we will notify you by email and offer you the option to hold onto your ticket for a rescheduled event or receive a venue credit for a future event (details to be determined on a case-by-case basis).

5. Conduct & SafetyTicket Holders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner at the Event.We reserve the right to remove any Ticket Holder who engages in disruptive or dangerous behavior, without a refund.

6. Risk & LiabilityYou attend the Event at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance at the Event.

7. Recording & PhotographyNo professional recording devices are allowed at the Event.We may take photos and videos of the Event for promotional purposes.By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in such materials.
